I am a mother of three, 21 yr old twin sons, Zach and Zane and a 18 year old daughter, Erin...hence the zzemom nickname.  My son Zach is serving his counrty in the Persian Gulf and Zane is in his third year at a private Christian college a couple of hours from home.  Recently my daughter left home for her first year at college.  It is a strange feeling to be an active mom and then one day you turn around and they are all gone!  My husband and I are really looking forward to the opportunity to rediscover who we were LBK (life before kids).  That is if the dog and four cats will let us!

I recently took a hiatus from Paperback Swap but I really missed it....now that it looks like I will have more time on my hands I will get to read again.

I love to read just about anything with the exception of science fiction..  I have been known to read cookbooks as if they were novels!  I collect cookbooks - usually the older ring bound ones - the ones where you cooked whatever and didn't worry about the calories or fat content. 

I love books by Jody Picoult, Anne Rivers Siddons, Ann Shreve, etc. though anything which is well written can entice me into its web.
